If you're thinking too much about a guy or a relationship, one way to get some relief is just to ask yourself if what you're thinking is useful. Is it going to get you anywhere? If you're worried and wound up, chances are that no matter how much you spin your wheels -- about what a guy is thinking about you or what might happen to the relationship a month from now -- you're still not going to be able to read minds or predict the future. So give yourself a break, and focus on something that will actually make you feel better: family, friends, hobbies, exercise, whatever. Your improved confidence and happiness with your own life will make all the difference when it's time to go back and make a real decision about the guy.
