With summer here and women everywhere worrying about how they'll look in their bathing suits, I have an important message from all us guys on our towels: don't beat yourself up over your beach body. Please. Spare us the self-deprecation, whether it's something you share out loud or through your body language. Instead, try the opposite: eat generous helpings of healthy food, exercise by doing things that make you feel good, and show some skin on the sand. Life is too short for you to try to have someone else's beach body, and guys are far more attracted to women who are confident in their own skin than we are to women who wish they were skinnier, had bigger boobs, or a better tan. You were given a body that can be beautiful if you own it, respect it, and aren't afraid to show it. And more than anything in a magazine, that's all the right guy really wants to see.
